Matthias joined Zalando' Tech Sourcing and Recruiting team in February 2016. As a Recruiting Specialist in Technology, he is responsible for hiring Software Engineers and UX professional around the world. Furthermore, he runs the Talent Acquisition Lab at Zalando and organizes the Community of Practice Talent Management in Berlin.
